It's better to promote health than cure dis-ease!

In a world where people are taking their health for granted by surviving on trash, processed food diets and living in stressful, toxic environments; is it any wonder degenerative dis-ease is at such an alarming rate in Western society today?! We are officially the sickest we have ever been as a society. The standard Western diet is a far cry from what our ancestors would have consumed back when cancer and diabetes was practically unheard of.

So I pose the question, how many people are actually aware of the importance of what they put into their bodies and the effect it has overall? Have we as a society been sufficiently educated on the necessity of adequate sustenance and the nutrients that the body needs to function properly? Sadly, the answer to this is no and the billion dollar medical industry is not even that clued up on this stuff themselves! The medical industry is taught to diagnose and prescribe when oftentimes this does nothing but deals with the symptoms and masks an underlying health problem. On top of that, prescription medication often leads to even more health complications- a vicious cycle!

I am here to share with people that there is in fact a cure for EVERYTHING and when the doctor tells you "there's no cure, you're stuck with this condition for life" that this is defeatist and oftentimes not true. This very ideology leaves people with a deflated and despondent attitude towards their health which to begin with is not a great start! It all begins with our mindset; if we tell ourselves we are healthy and strong, our cells will believe us. Similarly, if we tell ourselves the opposite, the same applies. Just as Developmental biologist Dr Bruce Lipton states "We can control our lives by controlling our perceptions."

So, the moral of the story is to take control of your diet today. The food you eat DOES matter. It makes up the whole of your body and determines how you feel! It is not normal to feel sluggish, suffer headaches, aches & pains & bloat like a whale so lets stop accepting it as the "norm." Stop waiting for your health to deteriorate to make a change. Make the change today to avoid things going down a slippery slope to dis-ease. Wouldn't it be so much easier to eat a balanced diet in the first place and still indulge in all the main culprits occasionally rather than reach a point that you have to cut the whole lot out because poor health has finally caught up with you?! I know which option id prefer. Choose to feel vibrant and alive today! Don't wait! Cut out the sugar, the processed animal products, the refined grains now! Transition now and live a wholesome life. When our cells thrive- we thrive!
